This Privacy Policy explains how ChatDemo collects, uses, stores, and protects information when customers use our website, chatbot, social media management tools, and related services.

1. Scope

ChatDemo is a software service operated from Athens, Greece. We provide tools that may help businesses manage customer conversations, connect authorized Facebook Pages, automate supported Messenger workflows, publish content, and review basic engagement information.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the ChatDemo website, chatbot interfaces, connected social media features, and related support services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how the service is used, we may process the following categories of information:

  • Conversation content and related metadata when a customer uses chatbot or messaging features.
  • Authorized social media Page information made available through official platform APIs.

3. Meta Platform Data

When a customer connects a Facebook Page or other supported Meta asset, ChatDemo accesses data only after the customer grants the required authorization. Depending on the permissions approved for the application, this may include basic Page information, posts, comments, messages, engagement information, and basic performance metrics.

Meta Platform Data is used only to provide the features requested by the customer, such as displaying Page information, managing conversations, replying to messages or comments, publishing content, and generating basic service insights.

ChatDemo does not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising, behavioral profiling, data resale, or unauthorized third-party purposes.
